what dressing is better for you nutritionally mayonaise or tomato sauce?
just wanted to know are you better to take mayonaise or red sauce as dressing and which one is better for you
it was more from a chlolestoral point of view as i suffer from high cholestoral but absolutely love mayonaise
red sauce is better.mayo is probably one of the worst thing you can eat even the low fat because they replace the fat with sugar.
